• 40 ml Tequila gold
• 25 ml Brandbar Triple Sec liqueur
• 10 ml Brandbar Hazelnut syrup
• 10 ml Brandbar Pear syrup
• 20 ml Lime juice
• 20 ml Fresh orange juice

Method (shake + fine strain)

1. Pour 20 ml of fresh orange juice into a shaker with ice
2. Add 20 ml of lime juice
3. Pour 10 ml of Brandbar pear syrup
4. Add 25 ml of brandbar triple sec liqueur
5. Pour 40 ml of gold tequila. We make an intensive shake.
6. Pour through a sieve into a chilled glass.

• 40 ml of vodka (insist on karkade)
• 30 ml of Brandbar Curacao Orange liqueur
• 10 ml of Brandbar Salted Caramel syrup
• 15 ml of lime juice
• 25 ml of egg white

Method (dry shake, shake + fine strain)

1. Pour 15 ml of lime juice into a shaker
2. Add 10 ml of Brandbar salted caramel syrup
3. Pour 30 ml of Brandbar Curacao Orange liqueur
4. Add 40 ml of vodka infused with karkade
5. Add 25 ml of egg white. We make a dry shake
6. Add ice and shake again.
7. Strain through a sieve into a chilled glass.

• 3 g Green basil
• 40 ml Tequila silver
• 20 ml Brandbar Curacao liqueur
• 20 ml Brandbar Almond syrup
• 25 ml Lemon juice
• 25 ml Egg white

Method (dry shake, shake + fine strain)

1. Add 3g of green basil to the shaker
2. Pour 25 ml of lemon juice
3. Pour 20 ml of Brandbar almond syrup
4. Add 20 ml of Brandbar Curacao liqueur
5. Pour 40 ml of silver tequila
6. Add 25 ml of egg white. We make a dry shake.
7. Add ice and shake again.
8. Strain through a sieve into a glass.
9. Decorate with a basil leaf.

• 40 ml Cachaca (insist on anchan)
• 20 ml Brandbar Triple Sec liqueur
• 20ml  Brandbar Lavender syrup
• 25 ml Lime juice
• 25 ml Egg white

Method (dry shake, shake + strain)

1. Pour 25 ml of lime juice into a shake
2. Add 20 ml of Brandbar lavender syrup
3. Pour 20 ml of brandbar triple sec liqueur.
4. Add 40 ml of cachaca (infused on anchan)
5. Add 25 ml of egg white. We make a dry shake
6. Add ice and shake again.
7. Strain into a chilled glass
8. Decorate with lavender.

• 20 g Redcurrant
• 35 ml Brandbar Triple Sec liqueur
• 35 ml Gin
• 15 ml Brandbar Coconut liqueur
• 5ml Lime juice
• 80 ml Tonic water (top up)

Method (Shake & Fine Strain, Build)

1. Pour 5 ml of lime juice into a shaker with ice
2. Add 15 ml of Brandbar coconut liqueur
3. Pour 35 ml of brandbar triple sec liqueur
4. Add 35 ml of gin
5. We make a shake
6. Pour 20 g of red currants into a glass with ice.
7. We pour the components from the shaker through a sieve.
8. Pour tonic water to the top.
9. Garnish with red currants and a sprig of rosemary.

• 40 ml Gin
• 30 ml Brandbar Peach liqueur
• 15 ml Brandbar Elderflower syrup
• 50 ml Fresh Grapefruit juice
• 50 ml Ginger ale (top up)
• 3 dash Angostura Aromatic Bitters

Method (build)

1. Pour 15 ml of Brandbar elderberry syrup into a glass (I recommend using a red wine glass) with ice.
2. Pour 50 ml of fresh grapefruit juice.
3. Pour 30 ml of brandbar peach liqueur
4. Pour 40 ml of gin
5. Add 50 ml of ginger ale. Move with a bar spoon.
6. Garnish with an orange.

• 35 ml Gin
• 25 ml Brandbar Rotwild liqueur
• 10 ml Brandbar Black Currant syrup
• 10 ml Brandbar Elderflower syrup
• 80 ml Tonic water (top up)

Method (Build)

1. Pour ice into a highball glass
2. Pour 10 ml of Brandbar elderberry syrup
3. Pour 10 ml of Brandbar currant syrup
4. Pour 25 ml of Brandbar Rotwild liqueur
5. Pour 35 ml of gin
6. Pour tonic water to the top. Stir with a bar spoon.
7. Decorate with a grapefruit peel and a sprig of rosemary.

• 35 ml Tequila blanco
• 30 ml Brandbar Green Apple liqueur
• 10 ml Brandbar Pear syrup
• 5 ml Brandbar Elderflower syrup
• 20 ml Fresh Lime juice
• 20 g Cucumber (muddle)

Method (Muddle; Shake & Fine Straine)

1. Put 20 g of cucumber in a shaker, crush it.
2. Add ice. Pour 20 ml of fresh lime juice.
3. Pour 5 ml of Brandbar elderberry syrup
4. Pour 10 ml of Brandbar pear syrup
5. Pour 30 ml of Brandbar green apple liqueur
6. Pour 35 ml of blank tequila. Let’s make a shake.
7. Pour through a sieve into a chilled glass.

• 40 ml Gin
• 30 ml Brandbar Green Apple liqueur
• 10ml Brandbar Mint syrup
• 15 g Selery(muddle)
• 15 g Lime(muddle)
• 80 ml Ginger ale (top up)

Method (Muddle; Shake & Fine Straine; build)

1. Add 15g of celery and 15g of lime to the shaker.
2. We wait until the juice is released.
3. Add icePour 10 ml of Brandbar mint syrup
4. Pour 30 ml of Brandbar green apple liqueur
5. Pour 40 ml of gin.
6. Let’s make a shake
7. Using a sieve, strain into a glass with ice.
8. Pour ginger beer to the top
9. Garnish with a slice of lime and mint leaves.

• 35ml Gin
• 30 ml Brandbar Green Apple liqueur
• 10 ml Brandbar Coconut syrup
• 15 ml Fresh Lime juice
• 25 ml Egg white

Method (Dry Shake; Shake & Strain):

1. Add 15 ml of fresh lime juice to the shaker
2. Pour 10 ml of Brandbar coconut syrup
3. Pour 30 ml of Brandbar green apple liqueur.
4. Add 25 ml of egg white.
5. Let’s make a shake.
6. Next, add ice to the shaker and shake again.
7. Strain through a sieve into a chilled glass.

Decorate with mint leaves.
