Via lattea is the result of a harmonious collaboration between our Brandbar company and Kevin Allen, a pastry technologist from Ireland, and a Dutch manufacturer of premium cream mixtures. This is the first cream liqueur in Ukraine with a very romantic name, translated from Latin meaning “Milky Way”.
Unusual softness of taste is provided by a wonderful combination of Irish cream with luxury alcohol, cocoa bean infusion and fragrant Bourbon vanilla. The flavor chord consists of chocolate and creamy tones, accentuated by caramel shades. Vanilla-chocolate notes are clearly audible in a delicate, refined aroma.
The technological process of making Via Lattea liqueur takes two weeks. The drink is made by homogenization, which allows to achieve uniformity in consistency.
At the same time, each molecule of grain high-quality alcohol is enveloped in cream. At the end, cocoa butter and vanilla infusion are added.
Via lattea is served as an independent drink with ice cubes or mineral water. In addition, it is part of such cocktails popular around the world as After Eight, B-52, BMW, Hiroshima, Clouds and others. And a teaspoon of liquor added to morning coffee will help you feel the fullness of happiness and joy of life.
