Cantine Paolini has more than half a century of history, which began in 1964 in Marsala, the westernmost city of Sicily. In a fertile territory for growing grapes, a group of winemakers decided to combine individual efforts and skills to create wine. The first harvest was obtained in 1972, and since then the path of production has been constantly expanding.<\/p>\n
The village center, once inhabited by winemakers, is located in the Paolini district, from which the winery got its name. The sources of the name are even older, actually dating back to the early 1500s, when the Paolotti monastic order began cultivating vineyards in the same locations as today.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
