Syrups as coffee additives

Coffee is one of the most popular and ancient drinks in the world.

Natural coffee is wonderful in itself. And a conservative coffee gourmet will not agree to add a spoonful of syrup to a cup of espresso: “This is bad manners!” he will exclaim. But, if you are a lover of new taste sensations, want to soften coffee bitterness, enrich the taste of the drink, make it interesting, for example, with a touch of lavender, toffee, chili, then Brandbar syrup is what you need.

The fashion for additives to classic black coffee was born in the 18th century in the East. These were different spices: cinnamon sticks, vanilla pods, almond crumbs. They brought an exquisite nuance to the drink. In Europe, coffee bitterness was softened with milk, and honey or molasses was added for sweetness. Coffee in South America was combined with stronger drinks – rum, whiskey, liquor. The English drink coffee with dark beer.

Today, in order to give brightness to your favorite drink, non-alcoholic syrups are most often added. It has become very popular, especially among the youth.

The aroma of coffee and its taste is revealed in a new way. And most importantly, this ingredient can be added at home.

Coffee gourmets have a huge selection of syrups

Brendbar syrups are made only from natural ingredients, pure spring water and glucose-fructose syrup. All ingredients are processed using a unique technology that allows you to save all the beneficial properties.

Brandbar offers a wide range of coffee fillers: Hazelnut, Vanilla, Caramel, Chocolate, Mint, Irish Cream, etc. There are also original flavors that will give coffee shades of Bubble Gum, salted caramel, curacao. For lovers of exotic fruit flavors, fruit syrups are present in the product line. All non-alcoholic syrups emphasize the taste of coffee, making it deeper.

Which ingredient to add and how much is a matter of taste. But remember that syrup is an additive, not the basis of a drink. Professional baristas recommend 5 ml (1 tsp) of liquid per 50 ml of finished drink, usually an espresso shot. In coffee with milk, including cappuccino, you can add 10-15 ml per 200 ml. As for coffee cocktails, 30 ml of the syrup or mix you like will not be superfluous.

Important! Syrup is a high-calorie product, so it is not recommended to consume more than one or two servings of coffee with it per day.
