- 3 g Green basil
- 40 ml Tequila silver
- 20 ml Brandbar Curacao liqueur
- 20 ml Brandbar Almond syrup
- 25 ml Lemon juice
- 25 ml Egg white

Method (dry shake, shake + fine strain)
- Add 3g of green basil to the shaker
- Pour 25 ml of lemon juice
- Pour 20 ml of Brandbar almond syrup
- Add 20 ml of Brandbar Curacao liqueur
- Pour 40 ml of silver tequila
- Add 25 ml of egg white. We make a dry shake.
- Add ice and shake again.
- Strain through a sieve into a glass.
- Decorate with a basil leaf.
