- 15 ml Brandbar Elderflower syrup
- 50 ml Fresh Grapefruit juice
- 50 ml Ginger ale (top up)
- 3 dash Angostura Aromatic Bitters

- Pour 15 ml of Brandbar elderberry syrup into a glass (I recommend using a red wine glass) with ice.
- Pour 50 ml of fresh grapefruit juice.
- Pour 30 ml of brandbar peach liqueur
- Pour 40 ml of gin
- Add 50 ml of ginger ale. Move with a bar spoon.
- Garnish with an orange.
