- Pour ice into a highball glass
- Pour 10 ml of Brandbar elderberry syrup
- Pour 10 ml of Brandbar currant syrup
- Pour 25 ml of Brandbar Rotwild liqueur
- Pour 35 ml of gin
- Pour tonic water to the top. Stir with a bar spoon.
- Decorate with a grapefruit peel and a sprig of rosemary.
