- 35 ml Tequila blanco
- 30 ml Brandbar Green Apple liqueur
- 10 ml Brandbar Pear syrup
- 5 ml Brandbar Elderflower syrup
- 20 ml Fresh Lime juice
- 20 g Cucumber (muddle)

Method (Muddle; Shake & Fine Straine)
- Put 20 g of cucumber in a shaker, crush it.
- Add ice. Pour 20 ml of fresh lime juice.
- Pour 5 ml of Brandbar elderberry syrup
- Pour 10 ml of Brandbar pear syrup
- Pour 30 ml of Brandbar green apple liqueur
- Pour 35 ml of blank tequila. Let’s make a shake.
- Pour through a sieve into a chilled glass.
