Brandbar Spicy vanilla liqueur is made up of many natural additives, bright in taste and aroma, but vanilla plays a fundamental role among them. It is also the main note in the chord, setting the tone for the entire aroma and flavor composition.
Fennel, nutmeg, cinnamon, lavender, cocoa beans, star anise, lemon balm, citrus peel and, of course, Madagascar vanilla, are infused in high-quality alcohol for two weeks with the addition of purified water. After testing, the infusion is given to distillation and blending with high-purity alcohol.
The resulting liqueur Brendbar Spicy Vanilla, thanks to such a long and thorough preparation, acquires an exquisite and unusual taste, in which subtle sharpness, slight bitterness, mild sweetness in the aftertaste, set off by vanilla nuances, are heard. This product belongs to highly alcoholic drinks, as it has a high strength (28%).
In culinary recipes, liqueur Spicy vanilla is used in minimal dosages. Without it, it is impossible to bring many cocktails to perfection, for example, Appletini, Irish Apple, Casablanca, Apple Long, Adam’s Appel, Bappleton, and so on.
