- 30 ml Brandbar Green Apple liqueur
- 10ml Brandbar Mint syrup
- 15 g Selery(muddle)
- 15 g Lime(muddle)
- 80 ml Ginger ale (top up)

Method (Muddle; Shake & Fine Straine; build)
- Add 15g of celery and 15g of lime to the shaker.
- We wait until the juice is released.
- Add icePour 10 ml of Brandbar mint syrup
- Pour 30 ml of Brandbar green apple liqueur
- Pour 40 ml of gin.
- Let’s make a shake
- Using a sieve, strain into a glass with ice.
- Pour ginger beer to the top
- Garnish with a slice of lime and mint leaves.
